General Terms and Condition (GTC) www.gisoojewels.ch<\/strong><\/p>

  1. SCOPE<\/li><\/ol>

    \u00a0There provisions govern your use of the website www.gisoojewels.ch<\/a><\/span> and its products. Our General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC) regulate the relationship between “Gisoo Jewels, Bahjat Fumani\u201d(hereinafter referred to as “Gisoo Jewels\u201d) and our customers who make purchases in the online shop at www.gisoojewels.ch<\/a><\/span>. By placing an order, you accept these terms. The GTC form an integral part of the purchase agreement concluded between you and “Gisoo Jewels.”
    2. CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
    The contract is formed when the customer orders a product on the online shop     www.gisoojewels.ch<\/a><\/span> or makes a direct purchase at a pop-up stand or similar.
    3. PRICES
    Unless otherwise stated, all prices s are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Prices do not include VAT, as the company is currently exempt from VAT. Packaging and shipping costs are displayed separately during the ordering process. \u201cGisoo Jewels” reserves the right to adjust prices during the year. The prices valid at the time of contract formation apply. No discounts can be granted retroactively. Discount vouchers are only applicable within the specified validity period. Customer credits for returns remain valid for 2 years.
    4. PAYMENT
    “Gisoo Jewels” accepts PayPal, Twint, and credit\/debit\/prepaid cards. Please note that each payment is binding. The goods remain the property of \u201cGisoo Jewels\u201d until full payment is received.
    5. SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS
    Goods are typically shipped using the Swiss Post.
    Switzerland:
    \u2022 Orders up to CHF 10: Flat express shipping fee CHF 5
    \u2022 Orders above CHF 10: Free express shipping
    Europe:
    \u2022 Orders up to CHF 50: Flat shipping fee CHF 9
    \u2022 Orders above CHF 50: Free standard shipping
    Products are usually shipped within two working days after payment is received. Depending on stock availability and order volume, delays may occur. Thank you for your understanding!
    Additionally, for international deliveries, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which are not included in the displayed total price. Customers are responsible for these charges.
    6. DELIVERY TIME
    Goods are shipped within 2 days of order placement. If timely delivery is not possible, the customer will be notified within 5 working days of order placement, and the new delivery date will be communicated.
    7. RETURNS
    In the event of a return, \u201cGisoo Jewels\u201d will process refunds under the following conditions:
    a. Refunds will be processed upon successful inspection and verification of the returned product. If the product or its label is damaged, \u201cGisoo Jewels\u201d reserves the right to deny the refund. Only unworn items, in their original packaging, can be accepted for a refund.
    b. Refunds may be chosen to be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase, a bank transaction, or a redeemable voucher.
    c. To initiate a refund, a request must be submitted through the contact form no later than 14 calendar days from the date of product arrival. Refunds are subject to approval and will be processed in accordance with our refund policy. It is imperative that customers adhere to the specified timeframe for refund
    requests.
    d. Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items, marked as discounted or on promotion, cannot be refunded.
    e. Any shipping or handling fees associated with the initial purchase are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault in the delivered product.
    Please be aware that adherence to these conditions is necessary for the processing of refunds. Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect the product and its label upon receipt to ensure eligibility for a refund.
    8. LIABILITY
    The user acknowledges that connecting to the “Gisoo Jewels” online store and using its products is undertaken entirely at their own risk. “Gisoo Jewels” expressly disclaims all responsibility for any contribution to or unavailability of the service, as well as for any consequences, risks, or issues related to the products offered on the online store. Users are solely responsible for assessing the suitability, use, and any potential impact of the products, and “Gisoo Jewels” assumes no liability for such circumstances. This clause also applies to possible indirect damage.
    “Gisoo Jewels” cannot be held responsible for non-performance or delayed performance of the contract in case of force majeure or the inability of our supplier and\/or service provider to deliver. “Gisoo Jewels” cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the ordered goods are not available, we reserve the right not to fulfill the order. However, the customer will receive a refund.

    10. COPYRIGHT
    All images and texts are protected by copyright and may not be used without our consent.
    11. CHANGES
    These General Terms and Conditions can be changed by the company at any time. The new version takes effect upon publication on the company’s website.
    12. PRIORITIZATION
    These GTC take precedence over all older provisions and contracts. Only provisions from individual contracts that further specify the provisions of these GTC take precedence over these GTC.
    13. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
    In the event that any provision within this contract or an attachment hereto is deemed invalid, such invalidity shall not compromise the effectiveness of the contract as a whole. The parties hereby agree that, should any provision be found or become invalid, they will endeavor to replace it with a valid provision that closely aligns with the intended economic purpose of the invalidated provision. This clause also applies to any potential contractual gaps, with the parties committing to addressing and rectifying such gaps to uphold the overall integrity of the agreement.
    14. APPLICABLE LAW \/ JURISDICTION
    These GTC are subject to Swiss law.
